Data controller and contact

Hurra Communications Sp. z o.o. based in ul. Włóczków 7, 30-103 Kraków is a personal data controller of data gathered about an applicant who is being considered for a job during the recruitment process. If we have started a recruitment process involving you as a job candidate and you have questions concerning your personal data processing, contact us by sending an email to daneosobowe@hurra.com.

Data, purpose, legal basis for data processing

Your personal data will be used to carry out the recruitment process for a job position specified in a job offer. Data included in your CV, such as: name, surname, parents names (not required at this point), date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education, employment record, are gathered and stored by us under the Labour Code. Any additional information, such as your phone number, or email address, as well as your hobbies, interests, completed trainings, acquired certificates, we obtain on the basis of your consent, which you give by placing these data in a CV you send to us. Any opinions or evaluations of your job candidacy, which will emerge during the recruitment process, and information on the recruitment process stage you are on, will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest – the organization of the recruitment process. Data on you, which we gather automatically during your visits to our website (as well as information about websites which have redirected you to our web page with our job offers and application form) we will also process on the basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. the organization of the recruitment process, and costs optimization of marketing campaigns encouraging to apply for jobs in our company. With your consent we will also process your personal data during future recruitment processes.

Data recipients and data transfers to third countries

To maintain our recruitment process information campaigns online we are cooperating with job and recruitment websites, such as: Grupa Pracuj, GoldenLine.pl, or Monster Polska, as well as ad network platforms, such as Google LLC or Facebook Inc. (based in the USA), which can also process your personal data on our behalf. If you have visited our ‘Career’ web page, data gathered during that visit can be transferred to Google or Facebook in order to generate and show you a personalized message in ad form.

Data removal time

Your personal data will be removed after one month since the end date of the recruitment process in which you took part. Average recruitment process time for a single job position is 3 months. If you consent to your personal data being processed during future recruitment processes, we will process your data through the following year.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as obtain their copy, rectify them, demand their erasure, restrict their processing, object to their processing, and transfer your data (to processing of which you have given your consent) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority.
