What this privacy policy refers to

The following privacy policy refers to processing of your personal data, which are collected by Hurra Communications Sp. z o.o. and its partners during your visits to our website and while navigating through it, or when you send these data and other information using our contact forms.

Which personal data do we process?

Data sent directly by you

  • Your email address, as well as your name and surname sent by you through our contact form;
  • Your personal data sent by you through our application form – regulations and rules regarding these data processing are described in our Recruitment process privacy policy.

Data collected automatically during your interaction with our website

  • information about your interactions with our website, including: source of your visit (i.e. from what website you have been redirected), its start time, time of your last interaction, visited web pages, time spent on each web page and on the entire website, number of visits in a specified time period and frequency of your visits;
  • Your current IP address and basic information about a device you are using to visit and navigate through our website: device type (computer, tablet, smartphone), its operating system, model, version and language settings of your web browser;
  • Your behavioral data collected during your visit on our website
  • Your approximate location.

How do we collect data about you?

We collect data about you using an internet communication protocols when your web browser communicates with our website servers. During your visits to our website and while navigating through it, our web server and tracking server (OWAPro) as well as our partners servers register the following data:

  • IP address – on its basis, and with the help of additional libraries, the communication protocol establishes your approximate location;
  • Type of the device you are using to visit and navigate through our website;
  • Operating system of your device and the system’s version;
  • Type and version of your web browser;
  • Preferred web browser language, which you have set;
  • Contents of cookie files and similar solutions, which have been set earlier on your device or on web browser by our servers or our partner servers;
  • Information about which web pages belonging to our website you have visited;
  • Approximate duration of your entire visit to our website;
  • How much time you have spent on each web page you have visited;

Thanks to our cookies (OWAPro) and our partners cookies, we are able to collect the following data:

  • Information whether it is your first visit to our website or you have visited it again in a given period of time;
  • Total number of your visits to our website in a given period of time;
  • Marketing channel (e.g. ad on Facebook or Google) which has directed you to our website.

Thanks to online contact forms we are able to collect the following data:

  • Your contact details and identification data.

What is our legitimate interest and what legal basis lets us process your personal data?

When you fill out our contact form and submit it, the data you send are collected in order to send you a reply to your question and/or to conclude an agreement. The legal basis for your personal data processing is carrying on the communication initiated by you before concluding an agreement, or our legitimate interest in cases when our correspondence does not lead to the conclusion of an agreement.

Data, which we collect automatically during your visits on our website and while navigating through it, are processed in order to measure the effectiveness of our online marketing campaigns and for their optimization, as well as in order to measure the effectiveness of texts about our products published on our website and for their optimization. The legal basis for these operations is our legitimate interest, i.e. the creation of efficient and cost-effective online marketing messages.

To collect and process data about you, we and our partners set and read cookies (and similar solutions) on a device used by you to visit and navigate through our website. Cookies are text files which a web browser exchanges with a web server when you are visiting our web pages. They are mostly used to identify a web browser and a user session on a website. In accordance with Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law, you consent to our cookies and similar solutions when your web browser settings allow for cookies saving.

User profiling and personalized ads

We are managing periodic advertising campaigns, for which a target group is determined on the basis of personal data regarding your and other users activity on our website, and which we collect automatically and send to our marketing partners through their monitoring codes.

For example, if you are visiting our OWAPro product web page, information about this action is sent to our marketing partners through their monitoring codes implemented on this web page. On the basis of this information you can see ads with this product on our partners websites. If our partner, e.g. Google, has other information about you (e.g. because you have a Google account), which has been collected on the basis of your web behavior, then this information can also be taken into account when our partner is deciding whether and when to display a given ad to you. This action is called “user profiling” and it is carried out in order to display personalized ads to users.

You can block our partners’ monitoring codes on our web site by changing your privacy settings or you can also set a global blocking of your web activity tracking performed by a given partner directly on their website. More details can be found in the “Privacy settings” section in the bottom right corner.

Whom do we share your private data with?

Your personal data collected during your visits to our website and while navigating through it are shared with our partners in order to measure the effectiveness of our online marketing campaigns and for their optimization, as well as in order to measure the effectiveness of texts about our products published on our website and for their optimization. Thanks to these measurements we are able to define your product preferences and show you an adequate ad (a personalized ad).

To fulfill the above objectives, we share information about you with our partners providing the following services:

  • Web analytics by Google Analytics (Google);
  • AdWords ads conversion tracking (Google);
  • Creation of remarketing lists for AdWords personalized ads (Google).

When you use Facebook’s “like” button on our website, information about this action will be sent to our partner:

  • Facebook

Data, as described in the first paragraph of the “How do we collect data about you?” section is sent to every partner who displays contents from their web servers on our website. The contents, used for user behavior tracking for online marketing purposes, are:

  • fonts from Google fonts library;
  • Google maps.

How long do we store your data?

Data processed in order to give you information on our products:

  • if you will conclude an agreement with us, the data will be processed during the term of the agreement and after its termination until time limits for possible claims;
  • if you will not conclude an agreement with us, data will be stored for as long as it is required for communication with you.

Data processed for the purposes of web analytics and personalized ads creation:

  • on our tracking servers, website users data are removed after 18 months since their collection; on the expiry of this time limit, the data are anonymized and stored in an aggregated form for statistics purposes;
  • on Google Analytics servers, data are stored for 14 months; on the expiry of this time limit, data are anonymized and stored in an aggregated form for statistics purposes;

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify them as well as to supplement them, demand their erasure, and restrict their processing.

While exercising the last two rights mentioned above (right to demand your data erasure and right to restrict their processing) you can change your preferred privacy settings which concern automatic data collection for web analytics and personalized ads displaying.

Demand to erase your data will not be effective in cases in which we have a legal obligation to still process them.
